Talk therapy
This is for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviours, and use cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and/or compassionate focused therapy modalities to meet their goals or direction of travel.
We can also offer EMDR therapy for traumatic experiences, when indicated.
We have expertise in supporting people to adapt to, manage and cope with chronic illness. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly.

Clinical supervision
This time will be spent supervising you as you work towards your BPS core competencies in the Qualification in Health Psychology Stage 2 Training.
Alternatively, you will be a privately practicing qualified psychologist and we will discuss your clinical cases.

Research consultancy
We are able to contribute to academic and third sector led health service, public health or psychology research where the focus of the consultancy is qualitative methods, health behaviour change, or patient and public perspectives.

Long Covid Therapy Groups
A series of six sessions, 90 minutes long per week (with a break). Developed for people with Long Covid, it is a supportive and informative environment.
Groups include a short pre assessment, materials session by session, between session tasks, and pre & post psychological wellbeing measures.

Giving you the choice
We are a group of health professionals practicing part time in the NHS and part time in private practice. As a mental health collective, we support clients by offering one-to-one therapy, group therapy sessions, clinical supervision to other professionals and research consultancy.
It is important to us to provide quality assessment and treatment. We only have qualified, experienced, professionally registered and highly rated therapists in our collective.
